MASSAGE: Each person is capable of relaxing on a deep level and massage is a great way to reconnect with yourself. I help each individual get into a place of peace and joy through my love of massage and service to each of my clients. Before I begin each session I will check in with you to see what type of pressure you prefer (Light, Medium, Medium Firm or Firm pressure). Most people who come to see me prefer to have a meditative (quiet) massage, although I am happy to chat with you and answer any questions you may have. I use all natural or organic products only and slow pressure holds plus long flowing massage strokes that are comforting to my clients; both melt away tension.
Why I do what I do
MASSAGE: Everyone has tension and I love helping people release it through a relaxing massage in a healing environment. From the moment people meet me and step into my space they feel at ease and ready to release whatever stress and unease they are experiencing. It is an honor and gift to see people leave with a new lease on life.
HEALTH COACHING: Helping people find balance and happiness through Health Coaching is something that brings me great satisfaction. Guiding my clients with the belief of bio-individuality and not a one size fits all diet brings my clients an inner awareness that they can use to listen to their own bodies and needs. Each person is the expert on their own life. I just help guide my clients to that space. We will focus on the primary foods of life: the relationships we choose to engage in, career satisfaction, physical exercise, and a fulfilling spiritual practice. My goal is to focus on one area at a time and to make it fun. I offer group health coaching in person and over the phone in 12 week series sessions. Being a health coach has been a part of my identity for many years. I have learned a wealth of information over the years through my own health issues and helping you to find healthier patterns and solutions that work for the long haul is my gift.
A little bit about me
When I am not in my massage office or health coaching, I am making up new wholesome recipes, practicing yoga, or spending time with my sons and the love of my life, Michael. I also enjoy hiking and reading non-fiction. I've been to 31 states and camped at many State and National Parks, including Banff in Canada.
